It has been my good fortune to include Gene Tannery as a very special friend for the past 20 years.  He is a true gentleman in every sense of the word.  We both were charter members of the Montgomery County Genealogical & Historical Society, Inc., and he has learned his craft well.  I'm very impressed by the way he has conducted the in-depth research leading to the compilation of this very well-documented family genealogy.
